With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Stefanie is passionate about creating a space where clients can relax, heal, and reconnect with their bodies. Since 1998, she has worked as both a therapist and educator, teaching Core Curriculum and Cadaver Anatomy while continuing to serve her community through volunteer work. Drawing from Swedish, Relaxation, and Deep Tissue massage, she often blends Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Flexibility Techniques, and Hot Stone Therapy to meet each client's unique needs. Nothing brings her more joy than helping people feel comfortable, renewed, and at ease in their own bodies.
